1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar or the juice of 1 lemon.
1 tbsp of nutritional yeast or it can be 1/2 tsp of vegetable concentrate.
3 leaves of Epazote (or coriander or parsley)
40g onion
1 garlic
1 green chili.
Optional an avocado.
Fake tuna:
1 cup sunflower seeds soaked overnight
80 grams of onion
1 avocado
1 lemon
Salt
Keto Brownies:
50 g whole almonds, sliced or peeled or 50 g almond flour
30g cocoa powder
10 - 15 packets of sugar substitute (eg Splenda®️ or Stevia)
½ tsp baking powder
100 g dark chocolate without sugar
155g unsalted butter, at room temperature
3 eggs, at room temperature and beaten
